Our Process: Bringing Your Dream Deck to Life in 4 Steps
Consultation & Planning
Start by reaching out—call, text, or fill out our Form to share your vision. We’ll discuss your project in detail and create a plan with tailored solutions to meet your needs. To help you visualize the final product, we’ll also provide a 3D-rendered design of your deck FREE.
Contract & Deposit
Once the design is finalized, we’ll draft a contract and collect a 50% deposit. This deposit includes delivering all materials needed for your deck and covers the first stage of labor, including framing the structure.
Permits & Building
We handle obtaining all necessary permits to ensure compliance with local codes. We’ll also provide a Certificate of Insurance, listing the property and its owner as an insured party with coverage up to $2 million aggregate. Once permits are secured, we’ll begin constructing your deck with precision and care.
Completion & Walkthrough
After construction is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Upon completion, the remaining balance is collected, and your beautiful new deck is ready for you to enjoy!
